No. No visitors and no daily guests are allowed if they have not paid for at least three days. The fine for violating this policy is $1,000.00 and/or eviction from the vacation rental.

No. No animals of any kind are allowed at the property - no dogs, no service animals. Violating this policy will subject you to a $2,000.00 fine as well as immediate eviction and you will forfeit any rental fees you had paid.

No. Our property is a smoke-free environment. Any violation of this policy will subject you to a $2,000 fine as well as immediate eviction and you will forfeit any rental fees you had paid.

We do not refund any money for any reason including, but not limited to, extreme hurricane weather conditions or power outages. 

We strongly recommend Vacation Rental Insurance.

Our check-in is after 4 p.m. and check-out is before 11 a.m. Our neighborhood quiet outside time is from  9:00 p.m. to 9:30 a.m. This is our whisper time where all outside beach front and upper deck noise and loud activities must be lowered.

We are kid-friendly but many small corporate, youth, and small groups love the privacy at our vacation rental. In fact, many of our guests spend all night just sitting on the dock enjoying time with family and friends. Morning and evening kayaking can center your life, body and soul as you interact with nature and the wildlife along the river.

We designed our home for your family and small reunions that demand comfort and harmony. We will provide the dedicated care to your family that we give to each of our guests.
