Amenities abound.... you only need your food, toiletries, and clothes.  We have everything else.  We have kayaks, paddleboards, canoe, pontoon boat, rope swing, tubes, coolers, water table for little ones, life jackets, fishing poles, masks fins snorkels, dive flag, air compressor, fire pit, full game room, board games, yoga mats, corn hole, barrel sauna, big green egg, blackstone grill, pizza oven, gas grill, charcoal grill, professional pickleball court, basketball court, electric vehicle charger, kitchen fully stocked, coffee makers, washer/dryer, high chair, pack and play, and an extra frig.  We also provide propane, charcoal, firewood, gasoline, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, towels, pickleball paddles and balls, and basketballs

We have a 3 night minimum stay.

$895 per night, includes up to 10 guests.  

plus

$75 per night per guest, number 11 thru 40.

plus cleaning fee, tax, and pet charges if bringing a pet.
